Draft:Nevin, Wischmeyer & Morgan

Nevin, Wischmeyer & Morgan was an architectural firm in Louisville, Kentucky. The partners were Hugh Lloyd Nevin (1876 - 1969), Herman Wischmeyer (1875 - 1945), and Frederick Lindley Morgan.[1][2]

Earl Henry was assisted by Morgan early in his career. They partnered with Nevin. Henry died only a few months after the partnership was established..[2] Herman Wischmeyer joined the firm in 1920 and stayed with it for 8 years.[2] The firm is credited with Lincoln School (1921) and Augusta Tilghman High School (1921) in Paducah, Kentucky.

The firm prepared plans for nine churches, New Home Telephone Company's Branch Exchange, new barracks for the Kentucky Military Institute in Lyndon, Kentucky, an addition to the Negro Girls High School in Louisville and State Board of Charities and Corrections projects as well as , designs for the A. T. Hert Memorial Bridge[2] (Alvin Tobias Hert).

Nevin deigned seven buildings on the Centre College campus and many residences.[1] Wischmeyer went on to partner with William Strudwick Arrasmith. Morgan worked on the master plan for the University of Louisville.[1]
