Lilian Falealuga Tine is a public servant and former leader of non-government organisations of Tuvalu.

In 2024, Lilian Falealuga Tine served as Director for the Tuvalu Post Limited, which is a government organisation.[1] She has also served as a Director for the Development Bank of Tuvalu (DBT), which is also owned by the government of Tuvalu. The DBT provides development loans to Tuvaluans. Previously she worked for the Department of Rural Development of Tuvalu and as First Secretary at the Tuvalu Embassy in Brussels, Belgium.[1] She has also been the Interim Coordinator of Tuvalu National Council of Women,[2] [3] and Secretary General for the Tuvalu Red Cross Society.[1][4]

Her eldest sister is Elenise Falealuga-Ovia and her other sister Salilo Enele, is married to Enele Sopoaga, former Prime Minister of Tuvalu. Her deceased husband Tine was the Secretary to the Government of Tuvalu and a former diplomat.
