Verkhny Verman is a freshwater lake on the territory of the rural settlement of Zarechensk, Kandalakshsky District, Murmansk oblast.[1]

The area of the lake is 3.1 km², the area of the drainage basin is 125 km². Lake is located at an altitude of 186.8 meters above sea level.
