Justino Rupard or better known as Justino Newton Lopez Rupard is a political theorist born September 23rd, 1996 in San Diego, California. He specializes in the area of study of executive politics and the separation of powers. Rupard coined the third party power of legislation in which his political theory states that in order to apportion America's national vote evenly, the third party must be added to the U.S. constitution. He gained notoriety due to his fathers passing in the San Diego County Jail System. Lonnie Rupard, the father of Justino Rupard, died an egregious death due to dehydration, pneumonia, malnutrition, COVID-19, and neglected schizophrenia.[1] Aside from being a political theorist, Justino Rupard, is a local activist for saving lives in custody as well as an advocate for social changes.
