José Carlos Ruiz-Berdejo y Sigurtá (born November 13, 1942, in Seville) is a Senior Partner and co-founder of the law firm RBS ABOGADOS CORPORATE CONSULTING. Born in Seville, he spent nearly 30 years of his early life in Italy.

Professional Experience

From 1964 to 1971, Ruiz-Berdejo y Sigurtá was a part of the management team of one of Milan's most prestigious pharmaceutical laboratories. In 1988, he returned to Spain and founded the law firm, where he currently serves as the Senior Partner. Additionally, he has held the position of Honorary Consul of Italy for Western Andalusia and Extremadura since 1996.

Ruiz-Berdejo y Sigurtá was the founder and initial president of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Seville and currently serves as the Delegate for Western Andalusia of the Official Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Italy for Spain, based in Madrid.
