Jeff Withers (21 January 1949 – 15 September 2023) was an Australian professional rugby league footballer who played as a Five-eighth and Centre for the South Sydney Rabbitohs in the NSWRL.

Background edit

Withers grew up in the Southern Sydney suburbs of Waterloo and Redfern. He attended Cleveland Street High School where he played rugby league alongside future Rabbitohs legend Ray Branighan.[1][3]
