This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). You have supplied some sort of list instead, and used strange grammatical constructs. Subject + Predicate is what is required, not past participle based phrased.
I am not persuaded he passes WP:NACADEMIC. I am also not about to wade through 40or more proposed references in order to find "they key one" if it exists. Listing and referencing his apparent entire portfolio does the drat no favours. Select the most significant. Online catalogues such as Worldcat are your friend here. So, in due course, is wikidata:Q16560767 which will add what is there to {{Authority control}}.

Comment: Relies heavily on profile in institutions, scattered quotes in media and self publications as sources. The ToHistoria.pl article makes a somewhat good claim on notability, but just one suitable source is not quite enough. Jacek Partyka (born 1973)[1] is a Polish translator and literary scholar[2]. He translated and published more than 100 books and papers[3]. He translates from Italian, Latin, Ancient Greek, Russian and English[4].
He undertook his Ph.D. (2003) in literarary criticism at Jagiellonian University. His thesis was entitled 'Sound instrumentation in ancient Greek lyric poetry of archaic period' (Instrumentacja dźwiękowa w greckiej liryce indywidualnej epoki archaicznej)[5]. He discovered the oldest surviving immunity passport, issued in Venice in 1578[6]. He translated the oldest Christmas carol in Poland, written in Latin[7].

Paolo Giustiniani - Opera omnia edit
Partyka translates and publishes numerous works by Paolo Giustiniani (1476-1528), a founder of Camaldolese Hermits of Mount Corona. Partyka's translation of a short story "Viy" by Nikolai Gogol was used in a theatre play in Teatr Zagłębia in Sosnowiec; the play premiered on November 21, 2014[15]
