This type of Globule is found entirely in a new series called Space King.[1]
Globules replace a child's testicles as seen in the very beginning of the show. A Globule is a green alive substance that gets injected into a male human child's private area, their mind then gets wiped and they then are part of the space king cult. A globule changes the child into a dumb, genocidal, man who worships space king. These people are then put into a robot-like armor to help with genocide and to protect their human bodies. Globules either take over the child's mind or brain washes them. These people are indoctrinated by Aliens.[2][3][4]
