Endorphina has over 150 titles available in its iGaming portfolio in the year 2024. The company cooperates with GLI[1], a test laboratory for the iGaming market. Endorphina acquired several B2B licenses, notably the MGA [2](Malta Gaming Authority), ONJN [3](Romanian Gaming Authority), and HGC [4](Hellenic Gaming Commission). Endorphina’s ISMS (Information Security Management System) received its certification ISO[5]: 27001 in 2022.

The company's games are licensed or certified for the following countries: Argentina, Portugal, Colombia, Spain, Hungary, Malta, Bulgaria, Serbia, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Italy, Greece, Netherlands, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, BiH, Georgia, Belgium, Croatia, Romania, South Africa, and Germany.

Since its founding, Endorphina has created slot games that can only be played in online casinos. After obtaining iGaming licenses, the company started collaborating with GLI [6](Gaming Laboratories International) and received a certification for its mathematics.
In 2015, the company initiated number of partnerships, the notable of which were with SoftSwiss [7]and BetConstruct[8].
In 2019, Endorphina released over 10 slot games.
In 2020, Endorphina started expanding its reach in the iGaming industry and forged over 10 new partnerships with companies including Omega Systems[9], Pronet Gaming[10], and EGT Digital[11], Bitville Gaming[12].
In 2021, Endorphina reached 20 new slot games. The company also partnered with 750 online casinos worldwide.
In 2022, Endorphina marked its 10-year anniversary and visited events like ICE LONDON, CasinoBeats Summit, and iGB Live.
In 2023, Bonus POP and Jackpot RTP+ features were implemented, and Joker Ra was created. The slot game developed with the help of AI. In 2023, the company also forged new partnerships, including one with Bragg Gaming Group.
Other Endorphina partnerships include those with iSoftBet (IGT) in 2016, Digitan in 2019, Pariplay (Neo Games) in 2022, and Kaizen in 2023.

Endorphina released and later removed its Māori-themed slot, which sparked heated discussion and protests that it breached Māori intellectual property in New Zealand.
The company also gathered attention at the ICE Totally Gaming conference in 2018 for its in-venue promotion of the new game release Taboo - in which female pole dancer artists performed at their stand, creating a discussion about appropriateness in the industry.
