Elitstyrkans hemligheter (Swedish: The Secrets of the Elite Forces) is a Swedish quasi-military training television programme based on the British SAS: Who Dares Wins format. It follows a group of recruits completing a shortened version of the Special Forces' selection course. The show airs on TV4, and is produced by Jarowskij, the Swedish label of Banijay.[1][2]

Format edit

The show follows the premise of the original, British version. A group of recruits will stay in primitive conditions, and will have to constantly overcome their fears, and complete in tasks requiring physical and mental strength, over the course of two weeks. The tasks are designed for those who aspire for the Special Forces, and the course replicates the real selection process.

Cast edit

The Chief Instructor is Jesper 'Bella' Berlin, who has served three decades in the Swedish Army, with 14 years in the Special Operations Group (SOG).[3] The other instructors are Anders Eriksson, Johan Reispass and Petra Malm. The show is narrated by Stefan Sauk.
