Dopravní podnik hl. m. Prahy (DPP) (English: Prague Public Transport Company) is the main provider of public transportation in Prague, Czech Republic, managing the metro, trams, buses, and trolleybuses throughout the city. Additionally, DPP oversees the city's railway systems, including special and tramway tracks. Moreover, DPP operates several suburban bus routes integrated into the Prague Integrated Transport (PID) system and manages two cableways within Prague.
According to the ROPID annual report for 2011, DPP accounted for 67.62% of total bus transport performance within the PID system. The company also runs its own vocational transport school and publishes a transport magazine as well, named DP KONTAKT, for its employees, available both in print and on its website.
In 2016, DPP transported 1.17 billion passengers, marking a 9.6% increase from 2015. At the beginning of 2017, DPP's fleet consisted of 1,179 buses, 857 trams, and 730 metro cars. In 2016, the company employed 10,910 individuals, showing a slight increase from 2010.
