Cokorda Sawitri or Cok Sawitri (1968-2024) was a female artist and activist also known as a poet. She once wrote the novel Widow of Jirah (2007), collaborating with Dean Moss from New York, United States in the show Dance Theater. She was a prolific writer who was better known by her pen name (pseudonym) and had written a variety of articles, poetry, and short stories. She is the founder of Women's Forum Mitra Kasih Bali (1997) and Kelompok Tulus Ngayah Bali (1989).[1]
