Certinal eSign, a wholly owned subsidiary of Zycus is a cloud-based eSignature and eForms service designed to streamline the process of signing and authenticating documents in the digital age.

Certinal eSign allows enterprise-scale businesses to send, sign, track and manage documents while also integrating into their existing digital workflows and applications.[1][2]

On August 2021, Zycus announced its subsidiary, Certinal eSign with an aim to offer digital transaction management solution to enterprise-scale businesses.

In December 2021, Certinal was launched to receive, sign, send, track and manage signature processes for large enterprises. The eSignature product offers integration with 100+ software providers like Dropbox, Salesforce, Workday, Microsoft Sharepoint, Microsoft One Drive and Zycus iContract.[3]

In June 2022, Certinal announces its inclusion in the 2022 Gartner "Market Guide for Electronic Signature" report as a Representative Vendor. Certinal eSign was one of the 22 listed as “Representative Vendors.[4]

In November 2022, the US Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) has granted Certinal e-signature a patent for Systems & Methods for Predicting and Moderating Signature Location Within Electronic Documents.

In December 2022, Certinal announced its entry into the healthcare space with an aim to digitize the healthcare industry. The product offers integration with EMR/EHR providers like Cerner and Meditech.
