On the 27th of November 1967, Mr. Bandari Lakshma Reddy(BLR) was born and raised by the couple Mr. Bandari Janga Reddy and Mrs. Bandari Lakshmamma in Bakshiguda from Mallapur Village of Uppal from the Indian state of Telangana.
