Azar Mahammad Alili was born on October 16, 1985, in the Ismayilli district of Azerbaijan SSR, into an intellectually driven family.
He pursued his academic journey with studies in Applied Mathematics, Cybernetics, and Informatics at Baku State University. Additionally, he holds an MBA from Azerbaijan State Economic University and a master's degree in Computer Science specializing in Cybersecurity from the University of New Orleans.
