Azar Mahammad Alili was born on October 16, 1985, in the Ismayilli district of Azerbaijan SSR, into an intellectually driven family.

He pursued his academic journey with studies in Applied Mathematics, Cybernetics, and Informatics at Baku State University. Additionally, he holds an MBA from Azerbaijan State Economic University and a master's degree in Computer Science specializing in Cybersecurity from the University of New Orleans. Alili has also obtained professional certifications including CISA[5], CISM[6], ISO 22301[7], ISO/IEC 27001[8], and ISO/IEC 27005[9], further solidifying his expertise in the cybersecurity domain.
