Atlantic City Tribune should redirect here
Atlantic City Daily World was a newspaper in Atlantic City, New Jersey from 1935 until 1949. Albert Zugsmith was the founder and publisher.[1] It ceased publication in 1949 to "make way for the standard-size" Atlantic City Tribune,[2] its successor. In 1951, the Tribune was taken over by the Press-Union Publishing Company.[3]
Barbara Baer Capitman was a reporter and wrote ad copy for the paper. Robert M. Thomas was a reporter and circulation manager for the paper.[4] George Zuckerman also worked at the paper.[5]
The first cartoon Fred Fredericks sold was to the paper.
Vincent Clark was a reporter at the paper.
