Anthony Leo Casey is an Irish independent journalist and host of the A. Casey Podcast.[1], a podcast which covers a variety of topics; from Health and Fitness, to Religious and Near Death Experiences.
Anthony's main narratives are shaped by his Christian belief system, which became a prominent theme in his life towards his late 20's, mixed with a National activism thread that has bled down from his great grandfather, Leo Alfred Casey[2]
Leo Casey was a veteran IRA member who hailed from the Phoenix Park in Dublin city. Gate Lodge keeper for the Phoenix Park, Leo joined the united Irishmen in 1916 -1921 in the Easter Rising and the War of Independence.
100 years later, Anthony has expressed how he has seen a call for Irish men to once again stand up to 'keep Irish culture sacred, and Irish communities safe'. These views can be heard expressed by Anthony more prevalently when speaking as a Co-Host on The Irish Column[3] show, an Irish Independent news and current affairs show that is produced by The Irish Channel[4]
