The 2024 Season is Fluminense FC's 121st season in it's existence since it's creation on the 21st of July 1902, and it's 57th season in the Campeonato Brasileiro Série A, which is in the top flight of Brazillian Football. Having finished 7th in their last season in the Campeonato Brasileiro Série A on 56 points, they would have been playing in Copa Sudamericana, but are now playing in Copa Libertadores, after beating Boca Juniors 2-1 in the Copa Libertadores final.
