The priest of Devsar temple has expressed happiness over this decision of the High Court.
It was assured that the matter would be resolved by organizing a Panchayat on October 11, but on October 10 itself, the administration gave instructions to appoint a receiver in the temple. He submitted a demand letter to the Deputy Commissioner demanding withdrawal of the decision to hand over the temple to the government. But SDM Bhiwani took action in this regard and took the temple under his control. The priests of the temple had gone to the Bhiwani court against this decision of the district administration, where the court had given the decision in favor of the priests. This decision was challenged in the Punjab and Haryana High Court by Gram Panchayat Devsar Do.
