History edit

It began operations in 2012 as D'Ultimate, with a mass-based format. At that time, it was under the ownership of Information Broadcast Unlimited. In 2015, it rebranded to UFM and switched to a Top 40 format and transferred its ownership to Reliance Broadcasting. In 2018, it changed its format to Adult hits.

On April 12, 2024, UFM made its final broadcast after 12 years of broadcasting due to financial issues. Earlier this year, its sister cable TV channel Pep TV 3 also went off the air permanently.[4]
