Renaming this category edit

This category "Non-Islamic Islam studies literature" is not well worded and somewhat confusing. The use of the term "literature" can be misinterpreted to imply "A body of writings in prose or verse" , and is why is there a need to differentiate between Islamic and one that is non-Islamic material and furthermore what is the criteria for the difference.--CltFn 12:11, 27 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

At this point it seems like divided by Muslim authors and non-Muslim authors, which isn't ideal. I'd rather divide it as "classical" and "modern".VR talk 11:53, 12 August 2020 (UTC)Reply
