Why this category edit
I created a few hours ago Category:Music scenes: it should work also with a number of unassessed music genres, subgenres and styles, or with those that are linked to a peculiar location and time, such as jazz (New Orleans jazz and various latin jazz "sub-genres"), world music, electronic dance music genres ("Detroit" techno, "Goa" trance, "Euro" Trance) or even formerly active genres that later become something different, such as
- Darkwave ------> Gothic rock
- Krautrock------> German electronic music, new age, ambient music.
I am not planning to add more information here becouse I am busy. I thank in advance all those that will appreciate this effort and will help to progress this page. Dr. Who 13:13, 20 August 2006 (UTC)
