Duck Dodgers in the 24½th Century

I'm a long way from understanding how categories work in WP, so I'm asking for consensus before making an edit. This category is defined as "The Hugo Award for Best Dramatic Presentation was awarded annually from 1958 through 2002." The work "Duck Dodgers in the 24½th Century" apparently was a) Never nominated for any Hugo in the time period referenced, b) Never nominated for Best Drama Hugo (it was nominated for a Retro Hugo in 2004), c) Never won a Hugo of any type. Unless my reasoning is off, I believe the reference should be removed from the category. (Is there a category for Hugo Nominees?
