Would somebody like to review Bowdon and see whether it still rates as a stub. How do I get this reviewed if you can't review it?

Should there not be some form of prioritsation for expanding stubs? For example, do all stubs merit being expanded? Could there not be a 'top priority' list for stubs which do need to be expanded?
