I'm trying to model it after categories such as Category:Government of Hong Kong and others from Category:Government by city. Articles that have to do with how Tokyo is governed, agencies in the government, groups or people that have something to do with the government (such as a city council, the governor/mayor, etc. --日本穣 02:56, 24 February 2006 (UTC)
