- Category pages are not intended to be an all-inclusive list of everyone who fits within that category. Rather, they are automatically-updating lists of all articles which contain a given category tag. If the article does not have the category tag -- or has not been written -- then it will not be shown within the category. DS (talk) 15:07, 3 May 2011 (UTC)
