Multiple directors in the late 1970s edit

In the late 1970s, there were roughly 4-5 co-directors of the MLI, of whom Per Enflo was one. Further help populating this category would be great.  Kiefer.Wolfowitz 21:03, 16 December 2011 (UTC)Reply

"Starting in 1978, the scientific programs at the

institute were led by assistant directors Dan Laksov of KTH, Peter Jones, now at Yale University, and Per Enflo, now at Kent State University. When Carleson retired as director in 1984, Lars Hörmander of the University of Lund directed a two-year program in nonlinear differential equations. Starting in 1987, the position of director evolved into a more administrative one and was held first by Laksov and then by Arne Jensen of Aalborg University in Denmark. In 1995 the present director, Kjell-Ove Widman, formerly of the University of Linköping, was" appointed.
