I suppose he could if multiple users disagreed on how to categorize Europeans by nationality. Some like to do it based on what sovereign state the person is a national of. That would make him Czechoslovak. Others prefer to do it more on the basis of national or ethnic background, regardless of what state the person lives in. That would make him Czech. He was a Czech person with Czechoslovak nationality--a Czech Czechoslovak. :) I wish everyone could agree on how to do this, but there are good arguments on both sides.
