The list has only 61 county seats (one a duplicate).

The following are missing from the list:
Cortland - Cortland County
Staten Island - Staten Island burrough of New York City
Troy - Rensselear County

Extra county seat edit

Elizabethtown is listed twice (once as a hamlet)
Elizabethtown is the county seat of Essex County

Correct number of county seats edit

There should be sixty-three county seats:
one for each of the sixty-two counties, plus an extra (Seneca County has two seats)
