Moving/copying an article to Wikivoyage edit

I would like to move the Wikipedia article named Chimanimani National Park (Mozambique) to Wikivoyage as it seems like a natural destination for travellers. There are a few places where this can be a helpful reference in Wikivoyage articles like "African National Parks" (not listed), "Central Mozambique" (listed using a Wikipedia link) and others. I was told that Wikivoyage prefers articles within its own enviroment. The guideline I am reading suggest administrators can use "transwiki" but not me.

@Marmadri: I don't think transwiki is needed here. You can just copy information from that article and adapt it in a Wikivoyage article. Make sure you provide attribution with an edit summary like Adapted from [[:w:Chimanimani National Park (Mozambique)]], and make sure you adapt the text as needed so that it fits the tone of a travel guide rather than an encyclopedia. —Mx.
