Re-creation of category edit

There was a weak consensus in 2017 to merge this category as a WP:SOFTDELETE (see CFD link above).

At the end of that discussion it was noted that this category was re-created in 2018. It is providing a function of separating biographies from content about the ethnolinguistic group. Given the low participation in the 2017 discussion, I will leave this category, and not re-merge it under WP:G4. – Fayenatic London 20:56, 21 May 2019 (UTC)Reply
