@Mhasan88: If these individuals don't have articles, they can't be added to this (or any) category. If they do have articles, you add them to the category by adding the category link on their articles, not by editing the category page itself. PohranicniStraze (talk) 23:01, 6 July 2020 (UTC)Reply
