Category talk:Accuracy disputes from December 2021

It is very confusing trying to find how to respond to a dispute about an amendment to the biography of SS General Herbert Gille by ALternate Mako. I see that my amendment is removed. I stated that according to Brian Connell on page 232 of his book "A Watcher on the Rhine" (published by Morrow in 1957) Gille murdered General of Artillery Wilhelm Stemmermann, his military superior on 18 February 1944, rather than follow orders to surrender in the Korsun pocket in early 1944. Mr. Connell was in 1945 commander of a Royal Marine intelligence group that was moving through conquered Germany and no doubt got the truth from someone who was there. I did include this source and if you can't accept it I am done contributing to Wikidpedia as a military historian. William T. McCroden Clevelamd
