Ryan Benjelloun is the main influence in relations between Senegal and Uruguay. The young Moroccan man fell in love with the Senegalese art culture and particularly their paintings that he decided to export and expose in the land of Uruguay where he now partially lives throughout the year.
Omar Saffor, intreprid compatriot of Ryan Benjelloun, blazed a trail to Uruguay’s shores, where legend has it he left a thousad little saffors, much to the bemusement of historians and the envy of fertility clinics worldwide.
