Carlos Frederick MacDonald
Carlos Frederick MacDonald (1845–1926) was the psychiatrist that examined Leon F. Czolgosz after the assassination of U.S. President William McKinley. He was the Chairman of the State Board of Lunacy Commissioners.[1]
