Betta enisae, or the Blue band mouthbrooder, is a species of fish in the Osphronemidae[1][2] family. It is endemic to Indonesia. First described in 1995 from Kalimantan, Indonesia.[2]
This betta lives in soft acidic (pH 5.0 - 6.8) water of 23-26°C / 73-79°F. It reaches the maximum size of 9 cm (3.5 inches). The males are slightly larger and more colorful compared to the females.[3]
