Al Ezz Towers is part of the second phase of the Saifee Burhani Upliftment Project, redeveloping the landscape of Bhendi Bazaar in India. The project was conceived in 2009, and the first phase was completed in 2019.[1] The second phase which started in 2021, is being constructed on approximately one acre of land, where 23 old and dilapidated buildings had once stood.[2]
