The 2020–21 Moldovan "A" Division (Romanian: Divizia A) was the 30th season of Moldovan football's second-tier league. The season started on 24 July 2020 and ended on 25 May 2021.

  1. ^ Cahul-2005 had the opportunity to be promoted but the club did not apply for the National club license for the 2021–22 Divizia Națională season.[1]

  3. ^ Tighina completed the season but withdrew from the league prior to the start of the next season.
  4. ^ Grănicerul Glodeni have been relegated voluntarily due to financial reasons and will be taking part in the third tier league next season.[2]
  5. ^ As per regulations, the fourteenth placed team, Sireți was to be relegated to Divizia B, but the club withdrew before the start of the next season.
