Summary

All Filipino Cup: dropped their first three games, the Realtors scored their first win of the season with an 80-68 victory over Brgy.Ginebra on February 14, their second win came at the expense of Mobiline, 71-69 on February 28, where they held the Phone Pals to an all-time low, 2 points in the first quarter, Sta.Lucia lost 6 of their next seven games, bowed out with a victory over Pop Cola, 79-64 on the final day of the elimination round on April 11.

Commissioner's Cup: Ansu Sesay returned as Sta.Lucia's import, the Realtors won their first game over Pop Cola, 95-86 on June 3, Sesay was soon replaced by Damien Owens, Sta.Lucia enters the quarterfinal phase with an 81-77 win over Mobiline on July 18, the last playdate of the eliminations, seeded number 5 and needing to win twice, the Realtors lost to the Alaska Aces.

Governor's Cup: Unbeaten in six starts, before Mobiline halted the Realtors' winning run with an 81-80 victory on October 7, seeded number 2, in a tie with Shell Turbochargers at first place, Sta.Lucia reach the finals for only the second time in their 9-year history, defeating Red Bull in the quarterfinal round, and Pop Cola in the best-of-five semifinals, coming back from a 1-2 series deficit and win the last two games.

Championship

On December 16, the Realtors won the Governors Cup title, 4-2 over San Miguel Beer and their first PBA championship after 8 years since joining the league in 1993. Guard Chris Tan provided the winning three-pointer with 3 seconds to go in a title-clinching 75-72 win in Game 6.
