12Go started as a small travel agency serving an Asian market, with services mainly in Thailand. In 2015, it launched its first routes outside of Thailand, covering countries like Malaysia, Indonesia, The Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka and Vietnam. In the following years, the company gradually launched routes in more countries, including outside of the greater Asia-Pacific.[1][2][3]
In October 2022, 12Go was selected as the service provider for Southeast Asia’s largest airline, Airasia’s Super App, in order to enable the integration of different modes of transport into the app with allegedly 10.6 million people using Airasia’s Super App in the same month.[4][5]
