It appears that user Kingcutie is once again vandalizing his brother's wikipedia page under sockpuppet HDClear, for which he was previously banned by you.
It's not entirely clear to me how to proceed with bringing attention to this.

- I would delete it as an attack page just based on the infobox listing a victim with no conviction, saying he had stalked a woman in wiki-voice, the false charges in wiki-voice. It's TNT level shit. Blocking me for edit warring would be an abuse of the admin tools. 3RR exemptions (and I'm not at 3RR anyway), "Removing contentious material that is libelous, biased, unsourced, or poorly sourced according to Wikipedia's biographies of living persons (BLP) policy. What counts as exempt under BLP can be controversial. Consider reporting to the BLP noticeboard instead of relying on this exemption.". No idea why BBB23 has no issue reinstating BLP violations and considers blocking the one that removes them, or how none of you seems to have any idea how to deal with things like this. Contentious material about living persons (or, in some cases, recently deceased) that is unsourced or poorly sourced—whether the material is negative, positive, neutral, or just questionable—must be removed immediately and without waiting for discussion.

Please get your priorities straight and care first about the important issues instead of "oh no, someone reinstated a CSD tag, block them". That said, you can be extraordinarily willful and edit Wikipedia as if you are the supreme commander of policy and what should and shouldn't be done. Hey, i would like to bring to your attention the Yupsguts, the user is the suspected sockpuppet of Jha09 (talk+ · contribs · deleted contribs · tag · block user · block log · CheckUser). Take a look at the user contributions, the user is creating article Shehzad Sheikh, the lead actor of the show Mehndi Wala Ghar, which is deleted again and again due to sockpuppet creation and activity by Jha09.
