I believe what you're talking about is probably this ScreenRant article right here (link:https://screenrant.com/sonic-the-hedgehog-3-new-cast-character-predictions/), but the thing is that this article doesn't confirm any new voice roles for the characters, it's merely a fan-speculation about which characters the actors who were confirmed, but haven't revealed which role they're in, would or should be playing.
