preceded by whom? edit

The infobox links to Anthony Silva, as the preceding mayor. But it also mentions Dale somebody, also as the preceding mayor. Something needs to be fixed or clarified.

Dale Fritchen is listed as the preceding holder of the seat on city council, not mayor.--Baekemm (talk) 17:47, 5 December 2019 (UTC)Reply

By the way, I arrived here when browsing from Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Ann Johnston (American politician). It's my opinion that some or all of the separate Stockton mayor articles could be merged into a List of mayors of Stockton, California (currently a redlink). I'm not sure that any individual mayor articles are so long that they need to be split out from that yet. --doncram 02:27, 20 November 2016 (UTC)Reply

that may be the case for previous mayors but Tubbs, the incumbent mayor, has initiated policies that are receiving national and international attention. --Baekemm (talk) 17:47, 5 December 2019 (UTC)Reply

Assessed for WikiProject edit

5 December 2019: Assessed for WP:WikiProject Stanford University: B class, low importance.

  1. Suitably referenced
  2. Reasonably covers the topic, although I'm sure there's more out there about his UBI position and Stockton's trial of it
  3. Defined structure
  4. Reasonably well-written
  5. Contains supporting materials where appropriate: election result tables
  6. Appropriately understandable

Low importance because he's an alumnus of Stanford but has not impacted the university in a big way AFAIK from the article.

Clarify the SEED stipend in Stockton? edit

I believe the stipend provided by Stockton's SEED program is $500 each month. If so, I'd like to add the "per month" part to the description of that program. Reference #17 (SFGate story) supports this. Thanks. Count3r (talk) 23:30, 26 May 2021 (UTC)Reply
