Portsmouth North End Cycling Club (PNECC) is a cycling club based in Portsmouth, UK and the Borough of Havant, UK and affiliated to British Cycling Portsmouth North End CC Affiliation on British Cycling(located within the British Cycling South Region), Cycling Time Trials (Southern Region) Portsmouth North End CC affiliation on Cycling Time Trials.
The club was founded in 1900 and was based at the Alexandra Park, North End Portsmouth, UK
