An entry for the 14 May in the timeline states:-
- "French Minister of the Armed Forces Sebastien Lecomu announced another batch of Aster surface-to-air missiles for the Franco-Italian air defenses defending Kyiv".
Does this mean that Kyiv is being defended by NATO personnel?
