I see nothing wrong with what I wrote. first of all, Shang Jiang is the highest rank, not the 3rd highest. Check the shang jiang page for more details. secondly, whats wrong with "general of the chinese communist party"? also, Chinese Communist armed forces would be the People Liberation Army no?
