Annoying IP

Hi, IP 2409:4085:1083:4538:8DF7:DF55:C586:1955 keeps making (I think) useless edits to Metacritic. They are triggering the filters on Recent Changes leading to a lot of wasted volunteer efforts, despite multiple warnings (which they have all removed also) as you can see in their edit history.
