I'm not seeing it in the edit reported, but I do think it's sus for any editor's first edit to be their common.css. Probably a sock, but I couldn't point to who. Izno (talk) 23:23, 5 June 2024 (UTC)
This range is not pure vandalism, which is what it would take for me personally to block a /16. I'd suggest ANI if you want a block that large. Izno (talk) 23:19, 5 June 2024 (UTC)
187.126.134.19(talk·contribs·deleted contribs·filter log·WHOIS·RDNS·RBLs·http·block user·block log) – Persistent vandal. Dozens of instances were reverted in April, at which point several editors posted many warnings, but many dozens more instances subsequently got through. I'm working on it now - it's literally all vandalism. User has not been active in a month, but if they come back, there's no way they will add anything constructive. Thank you. Low confidence There is low confidence in this filter test, please be careful in blocking. -- DQB (owner / report) 01:40, 6 June 2024 (UTC)
This username matched "Used i instead of l attempting to skip filter: troll. Violating string: dectrollse" on the blacklist. -- DQB (owner / report) 01:40, 6 June 2024 (UTC)
Note on file The word troll may imply an intent to disrupt Wikipedia - but that is not certain. Please use discretion to determine if this is a violation or not. -- DQB (owner / report) 01:40, 6 June 2024 (UTC)
Note on file Please check whether this name is promoting a Web site. Names may coincidentally resemble URLs or point to parked domains so take care. -- DQB (owner / report) 02:40, 6 June 2024 (UTC)
Note on file Name may imply an unauthorized bot. Do not block accounts in which the "bot" suffix arises naturally -- DQB (owner / report) 03:40, 6 June 2024 (UTC)
Wait until the user edits. (and anyway not a username violation, as it clearly identifies an individual associated with the company). Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 09:26, 5 June 2024 (UTC)
Comment: I'd call this an edge case, in that it is the name of a person who probably was not very notable, and who has been dead for some time. It's also not a distinctive name at all, I'd imagine there's many persons by this name. Just Step Sidewaysfrom this world ..... today 17:43, 5 June 2024 (UTC)

I think I have a strong history reverting vandalism and would like to request rollback rights in order to use Huggle. I already use UltraViolet and Twinkle and I think rollback/Huggle will improve my ability to tackle disruptive editing. AdamBlacktalk • contribs 12:43, 4 June 2024 (UTC)
I meet all 4 criteria. I spent most of my time on Wikipedia creating content and have never engaged in edit warring. Rollback would help me perform my patrolling tasks more efficiently, since I do NPR and AfC work from time to time. Florificapis (talk) 18:09, 5 June 2024 (UTC)
