Looks like someone started an edit and didn't finish. The content:
"As KRAK 1140 AM here is a Broadcast Profile written for Manning Slater in roughly 1978
Victor G. Koping, of 150 Romona Avenue, Stockton, California, reported to the Radio Division,
Bureau of Navigation, Department of Commerce, that a new broadcast station had been erected at
the Peffer Music Store at 332 East Channel Street, Stockton, on November 6, 1962 and requested
call letters and a license for operation. On November 12, 1962, the Radio Division granted
authority for the new station to operate and assigned sequentially-issued call letters KGDM
to the station, which was to operate on 1380 kilo-cycles with 10 watts. -unfinished-"
