Opening paragraph contains this statement:

It is currently the highest-rated local radio station in the area, (Source RAJAR) with local competition from BBC Radio Swindon and Brunel FM.

What exactly is meant by "highest-rated"? Does that mean that it has the most individual listeners, or does it mean that you have people flicking across all radio stations like they do BBC1, ITV etc. and finally deciding, "I know, GWR is best"? Maybe the original editor can throw some light. Evlekis 19:40, 2 December 2007 (UTC) Blocked sock:Evlekis.Reply

I'd recommend deleting the phrase "highest-rated" because there are issues within the RAJAR reporting of Heart Wiltshire which make it difficult to compare Heart with BBC Wiltshire like for like. RAJAR (as you'll see by consulting the Wikipedia page), is based on asking a cross-section of listeners to fill in a diary of what they listen to and when in any period. Fair use rationale for Image:Gwr-fm-wiltshire.jpg

Image:Gwr-fm-wiltshire.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Greenie

edit

Dominic Green is not Greenie.

Greenie's Real name is Simon.

The reason I haven't added his full name is because I'm not sure that his surname is Green. If it is, add him.

And the way I know his name is Simon, is from when he was on Eggheads with colleagues from his former station in... York? I think it was in York, but I've forgotten.

Also, just thought I'd bring this up as a little fact. If his surname is Green, it would mean that there are 3 presenters with the surname Green. (Roo, Dom and Greenie) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.42.12.235 (talk) 22:00, 18 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

Hi I'm Greenie. My real name IS Simon Green. Dom Green is no longer at Heart. I was on Eggheads with colleagues from Viking FM in Hull. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.20.49.81 (talk) 09:38, 18 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

Why isn't the article called Heart Wiltshire rather than Heart Wiltshire (radio station) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.42.63.2 (talk) 21:12, 23 March 2009 (UTC)Reply
